Over time, the range of products offered has expanded to include other manufacturers that are also pioneers in agricultural mechanization.<\/em><\/p><p><em>The main headquarters is located in Fondarella, but throughout its history, the company has grown significantly to its current structure, with seven own-operated centers located in T\u00e9rmens, Torres de Segre, Valls, Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s, Amposta, and Manresa. We are looking for a proactive person, with a positive, results-oriented attitude and desire to grow professionally.<\/p><p><strong>Principal functions:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Represent the dealer in machinery sales activities in the assigned area.<\/li><li>Execute established commercial procedures with the objective of achieving positive sales results.<\/li><li>Carrying out visits to clients to present and promote products and services. Monitoring of the client portfolio.<\/li><li>Offer the client personalized advice and negotiation of sales contracts.<\/li><li>Identification of new potential clients.<\/li><li>Management of the different financing options available to assist the client during the process of purchasing new or used machinery.<\/li><li>Demonstrate new equipment in the field.<\/li><li>Delivery and monitoring of operation and satisfaction of the equipment sold.<\/li><li>Monitor the activity and products of the competition, as well as observe trends in clients&#8217; commercial activity and communicate it to the sales manager.<\/li><li>Observation of trends in clients&#8217; commercial activity and reporting to management.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Minimum of one year experience in sales, commercial activity and customer service.<\/li><li>Ability to transmit trust and proximity to clients.<\/li><li>Knowledge of agricultural machinery and agricultural practices.<\/li><li>Knowledge of John Deere products and its competitors.<\/li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.<\/li><li>Mastery of negotiation strategies.<\/li><li>Familiarization with the market and geographic territory where commercial functions are carried out.<\/li><li>Teamwork and communication skills.<\/li><li>Possess a B driving license to make commercial visits.<\/li><li>Ability to use common computer tools, the Internet and commercial tools.<\/li><li>Have flexible hours.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Offered:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Full-time indefinite contract.<\/li><li>Professional development and internal training.<\/li><li>Continuous training of the brand itself.<\/li><li>A good work environment and the opportunity to be part of a leading and constantly growing company.<\/li><li>Remuneration based on the candidate&#8217;s worth.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Agricultural Machinery Sales Representative HOW WE ARE?
